HOW TO SURVIVE THE STAGE FRIGHT AND NOT TO RUN AWAY
In life there comes the moment when you need to bring yourself in front of more people and allow them to see you. Whether it’s an artistic performance, school performance, presentation at work, a speech in front of the whole family, or some public speech. In such situations, only a few of us do not experience stomach contraction and cold sweat on our body.
You want to be calm, but as the date of the performance comes closer, the discomfort grows. You do not sleep well, your brain does not work well and you are on the probable way to blackout in the least favorable moment. There is a risk of FAILURE, CRITICISM, SHAME. You may have got so far that you even try to avoid it. You live in limitations, fear and avoidance maneuvers. And you are SO FAR from expressing yourself freely.
Whether it is this extreme or the less extreme form of fear, the stage fright can make our life unpleasant. How different it could be without it. To express yourself freely and joyfully. To allow yourself to be seen by others fully. Do not care what others think about you. Is this possible?
In this practical workshop, we will look at how to deal with that voice in the head who does not believe we can handle it. How to deal with threats of shame and rejection. How to find an inner peace and make the best performance. And maybe even to enjoy it all.
